Vision Description:
Vision - Power On/Power Off
Vision6 is compatible with Wake on LAN (WoL) industry-standard technology to start up computers remotely. Computers that comply with the WoL standard can be powered on from the teacher’s computer. With Vision6 an entire classroom can be powered on at the beginning of class and then powered off at the end of the day
Vision Dashboard
Vision’s new dashboard interface provides teachers with a graphical snapshot of all the computers in their classroom while offering intuitive and flexible controls to monitor and manage student computers. The striking new appearance gives teachers a clean, uncluttered and dynamic interface which is easy to customize to their individual needs.
Wireless Support
Vision6 includes a unique new communication algorithm designed specifically for the special needs of wireless networks. The Vision6 wireless technology is designed to overcome the potentially high rate of packet loss that can be experienced in wireless implementations. Vision6 supports both 802.11B and 802.11G wireless networks.
