CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is a free system optimisation tool for PCs. It removes unnecessary junk from your computer allowing it to run more efficiently and securely. CCleaner now contains Yahoo! toolbar there for it is considered AdWare.
CCleaner cleans the following:
