Give a copy of the scheduled services (shown directly above) to your service contractor on a weekly or monthly basis. The scheduled services tells the contractor what vehicles need service, when to complete the services, and what services are needed.

How you use VMR in a nutshell:
- Create an identity for each vehicle - a name or number, a description, a beginning odometer reading, and a service interval - miles or kilometers.
- Determine what kind of service and when the first service should be completed.
- Record each service when it has been completed and have VMR calculate the next service. In some unusual cases you may override the calculated next service date.
- Record repairs as they are completed.
- Generate reports as needed - all activity within selected dates, all activity for all vehicles in your care, individual vehicle activity and total cost for repairs and maintenance. Generate cost per mile reports if you choose.
